At LUXE BY DREA, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds or store credit. All eligible returns will be processed as exchanges only.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of the pickup date
  • Be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Final Sale Items

All opened products are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange. This includes any skincare product whose seal has been broken, for hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, certain items may be subject to supplier-specific restrictions and will be marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

P.O. Box Pickup & Drop-Off

All orders are available for scheduled pickup only at our P.O. Box location (address coming soon). Pickups are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. To schedule a pickup, please contact us in advance.

Returns and exchanges must also be dropped off at the same P.O. Box location within the 14-day window. We do not accept returns by mail at this time.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  2. Schedule a drop-off appointment.
  3. Drop off the item at our P.O. Box during business hours.
  4. Your exchange will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
