LUXE BY DREA operates on a scheduled P.O. Box pickup model. All orders must be scheduled for pickup in advance at our P.O. Box location (address coming soon). Pickups are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Failure to schedule or collect your order within a reasonable timeframe may result in order cancellation without refund.

8. Returns & Exchanges
