Shipping policy
1. Current Fulfillment Method
At this time, LUXE BY DREA operates on a scheduled P.O. Box pickup model only. We do not offer home delivery or postal shipping. This policy is subject to update as our fulfillment options expand.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and ready for pickup. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Pickup Notification
You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please do not attempt to collect your order before receiving this notification.
4. Pickup Location & Hours
All orders must be picked up at our P.O. Box location:

Pickups must be scheduled in advance. To schedule your pickup, please contact us at support@dreadigital.com after receiving your ready notification.
5. Order Hold Period
Orders will be held for 5 business days from the date of your pickup-ready notification. If your order is not collected within this window, it will be automatically cancelled. Please note that no refund or store credit will be issued for uncollected orders, as all sales are final once processed.
6. Future Shipping Options
We are working to expand our fulfillment options in the future. Any updates to our shipping and delivery methods will be reflected in this policy and communicated to our customers.
